Can I list more than one property?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of qualifying properties you may list. However, each individual property can have only one listing.

Can I list my property if a management company already lists it?

No. A property can only have one listing on our site. If your property is already listed by a property management company, it cannot also be listed by the individual owner.

Can I create multiple Partner accounts?

No. Each company or individual owner is limited to one Partner account, which can be used to manage multiple qualifying properties.

How does availability integration work?

Availability can be connected through an iCal calendar feed or an API integration for supported property management systems. API integrations have an additional one-time development fee.

Does VisitMySmokies.com handle reservations?

No. VisitMySmokies.com helps travelers discover available vacation rentals and directs them to the property's booking website to complete their reservation.

Can properties within city limits be listed?

No. Properties must be located within Sevier County, Tennessee, but outside city limits, and must be current on the Sevier County Lodging Tax.
