A gas fireplace burns seasonally from October through February, and a corner fireplace in the primary suite makes that bedroom feel like its own private retreat within the cabin. The LeConte Center is around 11 minutes and the Parkway and The Island about 12 minutes, putting dinner, shopping, and shows within easy reach. Downtown Gatlinburg runs roughly 22 minutes, and Sugarlands, where the national park begins, is near 24 minutes. Short drives, full days.
