Fish, swim, kayak, or tube down the beautiful Little Pigeon River which is located directly across the street. Large front and side yard nearly one acre, play horseshoes or swing along the mountain creek. The River is stocked with trout! This property is located 9 minutes from Dollywood, and its so close you can hear the Dollywood train whistle! 15 minutes from Forbidden Caverns, 15 min from Pigeon Forge, and 20 min from Douglas Lake for awesome boating. Also 8 mile drive to Gatlinburg for skiing or Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking. Roast marshmallows in the private fire pit or have a picnic along the seasonal creek which flows into the River. This property sleeps up to 9 people, 4 BR 3 BATH, over 2000 sq ft. It has two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) as well as a portable crib, baby gate and baby high chair. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and full size washer and dryer. Open floor plan with wood burning fireplace. All kitchen pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided. Linens and towels are also provided, but you may want to bring more towels and your favorite pillow. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, a boat/trailer and RV as well as 30 amp hookup. This property has outside fire pit, pergola swing and gas grill for lots of outdoor family fun. This cabin is like no other, feels just like home.
