Conveniently located near Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, this inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and is an ideal destination for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable trips with friends.

Step inside and discover a welcoming interior featuring comfortable furnishings, tasteful finishes, and plenty of room to relax. The spacious living area offers cozy seating and an electric fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, while the dining and gathering spaces make spending quality time together easy.

When it's time to settle in for the night, Sanctuary Retreat features two upper-level master suites, each offering a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The lower-level bunk room is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, comfortably sleeping five. A full bathroom is conveniently located on the lower level, while an additional half bathroom on the main level provides extra convenience for guests.

Entertainment is never far away at Sanctuary Retreat! Challenge friends and family to a game of pool, enjoy the arcade games, or gather in the private theater room for a movie night. With entertainment options for all ages, there's something for everyone to enjoy without ever leaving the cabin.

Outside, experience the beauty of Douglas Lake from your own lakefront retreat. Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee overlooking the water, relax on the deck, or spend evenings gathered around the outdoor fire pit. The property also features a private dock, providing convenient lake access when water levels permit.

Please Note: Douglas Lake is a seasonal lake, and water levels fluctuate throughout the year. During the seasonal drawdown, water may recede significantly, affecting shoreline access and use of the dock. Lake access and dock usability are dependent on current water levels and are not guaranteed year-round.

Guests can also enjoy access to the resort's seasonal outdoor community swimming pool, open from sunup to sundown during the operating season.

For guests planning to bring a boat, please note that there is no boat launch within the resort. However, there are free public Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) boat launches available within the surrounding county. Guests will need to launch their boats at an off-site public access point.
