• $250 Pet Fee for up to 2 pets (dogs or cats)
• Additional cleaning fee for pet droppings left on-site
• Only guests on the reservation are permitted
• Large gatherings must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges
• Minimum booking age is 25

MID-STAY CLEANING

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY

• Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

HOT TUB GUIDELINES

• Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
• Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

POOL GUIDELINES

• Pool is heated and maintained every Monday
• Please shower before entering the hot tub and replace the cover afterward

TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY

• Please limit your trash to 6 bags

TRASH PICKUP & FEES

• Guests are allowed 6 bags of trash per stay for free. It’s no problem if you have extra bags! However, please note there may be a $50 excess trash fee

BOOKING DETAILS

• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
